Jan is a qualified architect with vast experience gained working both in the design practice as well as directly on the construction site. He is a registered architect in Poland and a qualified construction site manager.
He completed his degrees at Wrocław University of Science and Technology in 2019 and qualified as an architect and construction site manager in 2022.
He spent most of his professional life working for interdisciplinary design and build practice ULTRANET, which allowed him to participate in the entire construction process. He gained valuable experience working on a number of high-profile office buildings, developing skills in managing complex proposals.
He believes in a holistic approach towards construction that allows for optimizing design and construction processes. He is a very BIM-oriented person with a strong belief in the benefits that BIM will bring to the industry in future years.

Joanna is a qualified architect with professional experience gained in the United Kingdom and Poland. She is a registered architect in both Poland and the UK, as well as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). She completed her degrees at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and also studied at Malmö University in Sweden. She qualified and obtained her postgraduate degree from the Architectural Association (AA) School of Architecture in London in 2020.
She spent most of her professional career working for the major international multidisciplinary design studio BDP, where she gained valuable experience as a project architect and interdisciplinary design team leader across multiple sectors. She is passionate about designing sustainable buildings that consider both social and ecological aspects, with a strong focus on the psychological impact of the built environment on its users.
In 2021, she was profiled in the Women in Architecture 2021 Exhibition by the Birmingham Architectural Association/RIBA West Midlands.
