Hotel in Mrzeżyno by the Sea
Mrzeżyno | Poland | 2024
The project focuses on maximizing the potential of the plot by creating a hotel with 19 independent holiday apartments, each featuring spacious terraces. The design includes shared spaces both inside the building and in the recreational area surrounding the pool.
The number of apartments was determined by the achievable number of parking spaces, in compliance with the local zoning plan (MPZP) requirements. External gallery-style walkways on the north side optimize construction and operational costs while providing south-east and south-west exposure for the apartments and their terraces.
The building's form was carefully crafted to meet the strict regulations of the local plan. Despite its large size, the design aims to blend seamlessly with the surrounding two-story buildings, ensuring that it does not overpower the scale of the area.
This project combines functionality with aesthetic harmony, creating an ideal space for relaxation by the sea.
Biała Lokomotywa café
Nowa Ruda | Poland | 2022
We had the pleasure of redesigning the external landscape for the "Biała Lokomotywa", blending the charm of Nowa Ruda's historic old town with the unique atmosphere of the café. Drawing inspiration from vintage train platforms, we designed a stunning steel pergola, partially covered to provide a welcoming space for guests. After receiving planning approval in October 2022, the on-site work was completed in July 2023. In addition to the pergola, we revamped the stairs, flooring, and added a stove with a chimney to create a cozy, inviting atmosphere—perfect for enjoying coffee and desserts.

Concept design that explores the extension of a semi-detached house in Derby, England. The design focuses on enhancing the existing structure by introducing a bright, spacious kitchen with a dining area, and improving the connection to the garden. The concept reimagines the traditional British semi-detached home, offering a fresh, modern take on a classic layout.
