The project involves the development of an intimate estate of holiday cottages located in Mrzeżyno. The investment is a response to the design challenge of maximising the site's capacity while maintaining high standards of privacy and access to natural light.
The architectural concept is based on the placement of six independent residential units on a single site.

The final form of the buildings and their urban layout are a direct result of site condition analysis and the adopted functional objectives:
1. Layout: We utilised the site's potential by dividing it into two rows of development.
2. Sunlight: Angling the building volumes allowed us to "let in" light to every garden, terrace, and interior, avoiding the issue of buildings overshadowing one another.
3. Privacy: Thanks to the introduction of windowless walls facing the neighbour and the offsetting of terrace zones, every guest can feel completely at ease in their private hot tub.
4. Greenery & Views: The final touch is the screening planting. We designed it to create natural screens whilst simultaneously opening up attractive sightlines to nature.
